Section 1 — Definitions and Interpretation

Section 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the petron77 platform are subject to the following policies:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes after the request has been submitted and verified. petron77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used at the time of deposit, as a security measure.
• Any withdrawal request involving a bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements will be automatically rejected.
• petron77 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering may be placed on hold for further investigation.

Section 4 — Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

petron77 offers various promotions to eligible members. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific conditions, and the following terms apply generally:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

petron77 VIP Programme: Active members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier entitles members to a higher weekly cashback — starting from up to 0.2% for Bronze up to 1.0% for Diamond. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's wagering activity over time.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering.
• Bonus abuse, including reducing risk by betting on multiple sides within a single game, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.
• petron77 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.

Section 5 — Game Rules and Betting

The petron77 platform provides access to various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting and esports. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Game results are final once a round or bet has been processed by the system. No appeals may be made based on disagreements over settled results.
• Winnings are automatically credited to the user's account balance as soon as the result is confirmed by the system.
• Any technical disruption that occurs while a game is in progress will be handled in accordance with petron77's technical resolution policy. Bets placed before the disruption are considered valid unless there is clear evidence of a system failure.

Clause 6 — Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious violations of petron77's terms of use and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, as well as forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.
• Using false information, another person's identity or forged documents during registration or verification.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Committing or attempting to commit money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities or promotions dishonestly to gain an unfair advantage.
• Assigning, transferring or selling an account to any third party.
• Reversing legitimate transactions through a bank or payment processor (chargeback) after funds have been used on the platform.

Clause 7 — Privacy and Data Protection

Clause 9 — Account Closure and Suspension

petron77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:

• The user violates any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• The user requests self-closure or activates the self-exclusion option for responsible gambling reasons.
• The account has not been used for an extended period and is considered inactive under petron77's internal policy.
• petron77 is required to do so by the relevant authorities or on the instruction of a regulatory body.

If an account is closed at the user's own request, any remaining real money balance (after accounting for any liabilities) will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method, subject to the required verification process.

Clause 10 — Amendments to Terms and General Provisions

Schedule of previous amendments to the terms:

This document is governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licence held by petron77. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, followed by arbitration if a resolution cannot be reached.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected.
